He is the ~~founding member of the [[Union Of Old]]~~.		[[Mr. Cat]] is definitely a cat, and comes from the [[Ten Thousand Kitties House]]. He was named after the fact that he is obviously a cat. His visit to the feeder was a brief one, and ended with him stealing a plush toy from the feeder. He belongs to a local fruit vendor in the area.
