He is one of [[Bob]]'s children; he and his siblings were born in May 2024. He, along with his siblings, [[Bob Jr.]] and [[Brutus]], are collectively called the Boblets. When he was very little, he showed up to the feeder with his mother, but as he grew, he began to show up pretty often by himself and with the other kittens. He has grown to be one of the more eccentric cats at the feeder. He, along with his siblings, were first sighted on May 31, 2024, not long after they were born.  

Bill has grown into an adventurous cat. When he was a baby, he would get the most frightened when food was dropped from the dispenser. However, he soon got used to it, and afterwards he could be seen sitting inside the bowl to eat quite often (before he grew into a larger cat). He also enjoys jumping on top of the feeder, and will do so every once in a while. He recently has gained an interest in random scraps of garbage, and he will find them, play with them and bring them into the feeder. Items he has blessed the feeder with include a small yellow packet, an old piece of paper, and a plastic bag filled with ants.

Bill enjoys sitting and relaxing in the feeder the most out of his siblings so far. Throughout his life, he has been seen sitting toward the back of the feeder, making a grumpy face. He also lays down and goes to sleep in the feeder sometimes, although he doesn't usually sleep for long in there. When the rug was inside the feeder, he enjoyed relaxing on the rug.

Bill is seen frequently at the feeder with other kittens, especially Bob Jr., and they seem to get along pretty well. He also has developed an intergenerational friendship with [[Serif]]. On top of the cats, Bill enjoys playing with crickets. He has been seen pawing at them gently and carrying them in his mouth, dropping them inside the bowl.  

Bill is an Orange Tabby. He is more orange than any other orange cat that visits the feeder. He has patches of white under his chin, on the top of his chest, and on his toes. As he grew older, he also developed a small patch of white fur on his back. Everywhere else, he is entirely orange. His tabby stripes are most noticeable on his legs and tail. He has a unique face that is characteristic of the Bob extended family; he has been described as looking like a Minecraft villager. He has noticeably large ears.
