She is commonly confused for other cats with alike fur patterns, such as [[Mr. Dot]], [[Mr. Sniffles]], and [[Ms. Honk]]. She can be easily recognized by the black stripes running down the sides of her eyes.

Lil Ms. Scallywag has not demonstrated any aggression towards other cats, and typically has been seen by herself.
