Ms. Sleepy was originally believed to be male, however this has since been proven false.

Ms. Sleepy's name is no surprise, she constantly seems like she is sleepy or needs some rest. She yawns when she is eating, as seen in her occupation. When she is not eating, she is often seen loafing and yawning calmly, next to her twin sister, [[Mr. Puke|Ms. Puke]].
