He was named for his spiky fur, and was given the 'uncle' prefix for him being an old cat, being over 10 years old! He has become the feeder's only cat for the most part, as barely any other cats visit nowadays.

+Uncle Spike is incredibly restful. Almost all his activity at the feeder is sleeping. Sometimes he is seen grooming himself, but most the time he's curled up in the feeder, enjoying his cat retirement. He is also quite close with the feeder's [[caretaker]], as they leave out chicken for him, sometimes with medicine. The caretaker also often comments on the feeder, usually consisting of a simple "Hi" (In English, for some reason) or "Comfortable".
