He's a customer at the Meowdonald's, often taking his food To-go, which is where he gets his name. Sometimes he's seen taking bits of snack, and then running off to who knows where!

Mr. Togo is a distinguished gentleman, of course. He usually waits for snacks to be dispensed from the feeder, although most times he is waiting in vain. He's a very hungry fellow.

Mr. Togo is completely orange, besides the small streak of white fur above his nose.
