[[Ms. Power Outage]] is a cat from [[5A Scenic Cat Area]]. She was named after how the lights tend to flicker during her visits. She has been visiting for over a year, and is quite close with the [[Caretaker]]. The Caretaker has even given her a collar to wear around her neck.
