Mr. Porcupine seems rather aloof, usually not spending much time at the feeder before leaving. He has not been recorded staying longer than 10 minutes. He typically comes for one meal a day, either breakfast or dinner, and similar times. Occasionally, he will make an appearance for both. He can often be seen flinching at something off camera, or looking around at his surroundings. He is easily startled, bolting when he hears a loud noise such as a car, and will usually eat either until he runs out of snacks, or he is full. He seems very aware of his surroundings, not spending too long with his face in the feeder before looking around - possibly due to his halved field of vision, and anxiety due to a past injury. He seems rather happy despite his blind eye, and has quite an appetite for how small he is. | |||
