Huanzi Animal Rescue Base (欢子动物救援基地) is a set of two feeders from the Hello Street Cat app. The two feeders are located at a open area outside with lots of space, toys, and of course cats. The feeders itself are decorated with various stickers, some of which are iconic cats. These feeders belong to a rescue group, caring for strays that have been brought in. There are 10+ cats identified so far. Due to its current low views internationally, there is little documentation on this feeder so far.
