The Tartar Dinners is a group exclusive to the Tartar Coffee’s Cat House feeder, being composed of the occupation named cats. There are no other irl relations between the cats other than the name and the feeder, meanwhile in the HSC cinematic universe they own and work for the Feeder

- Baron Raw Fillet
- Baron Raw Fillet is the owner and manager of the feeder, mostly spending his time testing the quality of the food his workers do, earning his white collar title
No collar workers
- Count Apprentice
- He is the apprentice of Baron Raw Fillet and heir to the feeder. Due to learning the gastronomical techniques of Baron Raw Fillet without having a wage they were given the no collar title
