Mx. Darkness is a cat from the Moon House - Home for Stray Cats (change link!). They got their name from sitting in the dark, barely visible from the camera. He sits there, menacingly waiting for food.

Appearance
From the limited amount of visibility and even less amount of photos and footage, we can only really speculate. Mx. Darkness seems to have a white coat, the fuzz under his nose seems to be of a darker color. The fur underneath his nose can be mistaken for a beautiful mustache. Such a shame we are unable to see it.
