Recent major edits

Reorganising cats' "footer" navigation templates. This edit placed templates to arrange cats by their feeders, thinning the existing feeder-based templates (also because some cats visit multiple feeders, and therefore have multiple feeder templates), and reintroduce the {{Cat Footer}} template back onto the pages, appending instead of replacing (whoops) them. {{OtherCF}} was excluded as it has similar detail to {{Cat Footer}}.
