'''Heat Miser''' is a rough looking tabby cat who stays at the [[Warm Home Pet Sales Department]] shelter. Her name is a reference to the character of the same name, from the TV special ''"The Year Without a Santa Claus"''<ref>https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Year_Without_a_Santa_Claus#</ref>. He seems to be an elderly cat.  

It was originally thought that Heat Miser was another cat called Mr. Statue. It was later found that Mr. Statue was a mixup between [[Mr. Bully]] and Heat Miser.

Heat Miser is very sleepy and can often be seen curled up or loafing inside the feeder. She has a very odd look, and tends to stare directly into the camera, as though he can see the viewers.  

Heat Miser is a very scruffy brown tabby cat. Her ears are very pointy, and he has strangely shaped eyes. His chest and chin are white. She has a black nose. When she loafs, he can appear to be very small. It can be assumed she is an elderly cat due to his appearance.
