Squidward is a British Shorthair cat seen at Stray Cat Love Station. He is named after Squidward, a character from the American animated television series Spongebob Squarepants. In the show, Squidward is constantly annoyed by his neighbors, who generally act good-naturedly toward him; similarly, Squidward the cat gets annoyed by other cats, and generally rejects the other cats' attempts to play with him, but cats like Mr. Honey and Mr. Dive will still be playful with him anyways. He was first sighted by the global community on August 11, 2024.
Squidward is a cat that loves to relax. You will not see him running around and playing with the other cats in the feeder. Every once in a while, he will lay on the ground and watch the cats play. When cats like Mr. Honey and Mr. Dive try to play with him, he will annoyedly shoo them away. Generally, he is not seen relaxing on camera, and mostly comes on camera to eat at the feeder.
At the feeder, he is assertive but not aggressive. He stood up for himself when Ms. Side Bangs was trying to get in his space. However, he will not start problems with other cats. He readily eats kibble and snacks. He typically shows up to the feeder, eats, and leaves; he rarely spends additional time inside the feeder.
Squidward is a British Shorthair cat. As such, he is the poofiest cat at the feeder. His fur is light and dark gray (with whatever its called coloration). When he looks toward the ground, his eyes look downright evil; however, when he's looking up at the camera, his big eyes can be seen in full. At his scrunkliest, his fur will look like sheepskin fabric on his sides.
