Mr. Rocket is an uncommon visitor of the Please Take a Seat feeder. He was named after the white rocket-like shape on his nose.
Behavior
Mr. Rocket is quite a careful cat, preffering to wait for another cat to leave before coming in, even if he knows said cat is friendly. If he does have to confront another cat, he tends to growl rather than attack. However, he was once seen coming in despite two other cats already being inside, likely from seeing they weren't attacking eachother.
Appearance
Mr. Rocket is a mostly light brown cat with darker stripes. There are white lines under his pale green eyes and a distinct white rocket-like shape on his nose. He has a white belly with some white fur extending to his flanks. His tail is also striped.
Sightings
March 2025
- March 14, 2025: At 01:21 AM (LFT), Mr. Rocket made his first appearance. He carefully sniffed around the feeder before beginning to eat. However, he was quickly interrupted by another cat. Not in the mood to deal with this, he scared the cat off with a growl.
- March 16, 2025: At 07:50 PM (LFT), Mr. Rocket came in after patiently waiting for Tipsy to leave, probably not wanting to deal with another cat again. Even then, he thoroughly inspected the feeder before finally eating.
- March 18, 2025: Mr. Rocket came in at 06:19 PM (LFT) to happily eat from the kibble box, which the caretaker had just refilled. This was his first time seeing the regular kibble box, as it had previously been a red bowl to substitute for the box that had been stolen. He often looked around him to make sure nobody would interrupt his meal.
- March 19, 2025: At 11:27 PM (LFT), Mr. Rocket came in to sniff the food, as if a strange-smelling cat had just passed by. Feeling doubtful, he did not eat anything and quickly left.
- March 22, 2025: At 04:52 PM (LFT), Mr. Rocket came in to lick his lips as he happily found plenty of food in the kibble box, which he quickly got to eating from.
- March 25, 2025: At 05:57 PM (LFT), Mr. Rocket was seen taking down his own share of Mt. Kibble. He decidedly did not want his accomplishments to go unnoticed.
(Not every cat sighting is documented.)
