Munchling is a cat who appears frequently at the Don't Want To Be Hungry Cat House. He appears to be the child of Mrs. Munch and is often seen with her. He is currently a kitten.
Behavior
Munchling is a very playful fella. He is not afraid of humans, unlike his mother, showing no signs of distress when people are heard nearby, nor when the Caretaker comes by. He can often be playing around the feeder. Much like his mother, he seems to prefer the chicken snacks to kibble. Notably, he has a tendency of getting inside the feeder to eat.
Appearance
Munchling is a white and black kitten. He has black splotches along his body. His legs are quite skinny. His tail is completely black. Munchling is often tied up at night, as he is a little bit stupid and needs to be contained.
Sightings
July 2024
- July 19, 2024: Around 7:20 PM (LFT), Munchling was first spotted at the feeder. He was seen playing with Mrs. Munch before approaching the feeder, getting inside the feeder to eat.
- He was spotted again three times in the next hour or so, either seen hanging out in his trademark yellow box or playing. He did eat one other time, yet again picking out the chicken snacks. On these occasions he was often seen with Mrs. Munch lurking nearby. He also shoved his face into a can.
- Around 9:40 PM (LFT), the Caretaker came to clean the feeder. Munchling seemed quite pleased with their presence. When the Caretaker went back inside, Munchling attempted to come with but did not succeed, falling off the step. When the Caretaker came back he attempted to play with them. He seemed pleased at the arrival of new wet food. He was then tied for the night, much to his chagrin. He was later seen playing with a toy fish.
