George, also known as Joe, is a Tuxedo cat that appears at A Litter of Cats Who Love Each Other. He is named George partially to match the theme naming of the feeder (no titles, has a short nickname) and partially because the name is old-fashioned but normal, similar to his personality. He is notable both for being the only Tuxedo seen at the feeder, and for being the only unrelated cat that Bob's children, the Boblets, are confirmed to be comfortable with. He was first sighted by the global community on April 14, 2024.

Behavior

George is an old-school, working class cat. He doesn't usually have time to be dramatic or put on a show for the camera. He usually simply shows up, eats, and leaves. Occasionally, he will hang out outside the feeder.

Despite his grumpy demeanor, George is shown to be a softhearted cat, as he was respectful toward the Boblets when he went to eat while they were in the feeder. He allowed them to smell him while he was eating. In addition, he has been seen once hanging out with the Boblets outside. He does not hiss at them or show any aggression towards them.

However, he absolutely loathes Rob. He and Rob have shown aggression toward each other more than once, and even engaged in an all-out brawl on camera. It is possible George hates Rob on behalf of the Boblets, as Rob is regularly hostile towards them.

More recently, he has been seen to wait at the bowl for a few minutes if there is no food, making Bob and Rob-like faces at the camera. Whether this hints at a genetic relationship to the Bob extended family, the Bob family's personalities rubbing off on him, or his own small amount of weirdness poking out is unknown.

Appearance

George is the only Tuxedo who visits this feeder. As far as Tuxedos go, he is pretty average looking. As a Tuxedo, his most distinctive feature is the black marking between his nose and mouth that looks like a cartoony pipe. His face is mostly black, with white around his nose and mouth. His sides are black almost all of the way down, with a fairly narrow band of white on his underside. His chest and paws are white.
