Other Orange Cat (also known as OOC) is a cat who has been spotted at both GOODCAT feeders. He was first sighted around May 27th, 2024 and is often confused with two other orange cats at GOODCAT: Mr. Mlem and Mrs. Uneasy. Due to similarities to other cats at the feeder, he wasn't officially identified until June 5th, 2024.
He got his name because he is, literally, another orange cat.
Behavior
Other Orange Cat (OOC) has been spotted at both feeders and appears to be very social. While he enjoys food, he doesn't seem to be as food motivated as the others at the feeder. Additionally, he has been heard squeaking multiple times at things off screen, at other cats, and kibble.
OOC seems comfortable around the other GOODCAT cats, giving Mr. Domino a friendly squeak. Mr. Jazzy is the exception to this, as he has attacked OOC on 2 different occasions.
OOC may show distaste towards other cats if he is in a bad mood.
Appearance
Other Orange Cat (OOC) is a striped orange cat with a pink nose. He looks very similar to the two other orange cats at the GOODCAT feeder. His most distinctive feature is his meow that sounds more like a squeak toy.
OOC has a wider face than Mrs. Uneasy, and Mr. Mlem has longer, darker, fur than OOC. OOC also has quite small eyes, especially compared to Mrs. Uneasy.
Sightings
May 2024
- May 27, 2024: At around 10:33 PM (LFT), OOC was first spotted lounging in the box at the freeze-dried snack feeder. He was originally mistaken for Mr. Mlem.
June 2024
- June 04, 2024: Around 12:18 AM (LFT) Other Orange Cat was spotted at the kibble-only dispenser loafing very patiently and a viewer graciously donated some fresh kibble. After a few nibbles of kibble, OOC must have heard something from the other feeder as he ventured to the freeze-dried snack feeder. There he found Mr. Domino at the feeder. The two had a brief greeting, before OOC wandered away once more, leaving Domino confused and a bit startled.
- June 05, 2024: At 11:27 PM (LFT), OOC was observed sitting in the box at the freeze-dried snack feeder, curiously squeaking at his surroundings before eating some freshly donated kibble.
- June 08, 2024: At around 09:20 PM (LFT), OOC was seen at GOODCAT 1, munching on some kibble. He would then lay down until more kibble was dispensed for him.
- June 16, 2024: At around 01:57 AM (LFT), OOC was having a nice meal at GOODCAT 2. Mr. Jazzy would interrupt this, swatting at OOC for no particular reason. Both cats would wack each other, before OOC hissed at Mr. Jazzy and sent him away.
July 2024
- June 30, 2024: Around 12:30 AM (LFT), OOC was happily welcomed back to the GOODCAT2 feeder after a long absence. Viewers are unsure what adventures he got up to, but are happy to have Other Orange Cat back! He was greeted with plenty of chicken snacks and kibble.
- At around 07:20 PM (LFT), OOC returned to the feeder, forcing Ms. Coraline out of her spot. She would hiss at him, at which he would begin swishing his tail. He munched on food for a bit, before Mr. Domino appeared. OOC glared at him, causing Domino to run away. OOC would finish up his meal, before leaving.
August 2024
- August 14, 2024: At around 08:15 PM (LFT), OOC stopped by at GOODCAT 1. He seemed rather spooked by something out of view, but eventually settled down to eat.
- August 18, 2024: At around 09:07 PM (LFT), Other Orange Cat made an appearance at GOODCAT 1. He looked disappointed at the lack of snacks at the feeder, despite the bowl being full of kibble. However, he could not satisfy his craving, as Mrs. Uneasy was taking up GOODCAT 2 at that time
November 2024
- November 13, 2024: At around 1:30 AM (LFT), Other Orange Cat was lying at GOODCAT 1, being lazy.
