Mrs. Poppy can be found at the Tuxedo and Tabby Squad feeder. Her name comes from a fox from the old ABC cartoon "Pablo the Little Red Fox." She is shy and polite. She likes to tuck her paws in while waiting at the feeder.
She has three children with Mr. Sun: Little Naranjita, Starburst, and Mr. Helios.
Behavior
Mrs. Poppy is a timid cat and is not often seen with others. She is polite and very patient waiting for food.
Appearance
Mrs. Poppy is a well-groomed orange and white cat with a brown patch on her nose. Although she is similar in color to Mr. Slither, she is rounder in shape and cleaner.
Sightings
April 2024
- April 29, 2024: At 05:11 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy visited to have some kibble, but was scared off.
- April 30, 2024: At 12:27 PM (LFT) Mrs. Poppy was seen resting at the feeder. She loafed and waited for kibble to be donated.
May 2024
- May 06, 2024: At 08:43 AM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy lounged by the feeder.
- At 11:24 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy investigated the feeder. She attempted to try and steal meat from the tray through the covered side of the feeder. Failing that, she chose to slip under the plastic. Though she was ultimately scared off by the feeder making a noise, not returning for the rest of the evening.
- May 07, 2024: At 10:04 AM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy, feeling braver, lounged on the feeder. She proceeded to not only get kibbled but also snacked in one sitting. She begged for more kibble. She was scared off by Mr. Slither.
- May 10, 2024: At 10:08 AM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy briefly ate fore a few moments before leaving.
- May 11, 2024: At 11:10 AM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy investigated the new TNR trap, perhaps inspecting it for any weaknesses.
- May 15, 2024: At 03:15 AM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy ate at the feeder several times throughout the day.
- May 16, 2024: At 12:05 PM (LFT), Expecting a quiet meal, Mrs. Poppy was ensnared by the TNR trap. However, she was not outwitted. Mrs. Poppy climbed the net and pried her way out the top. She was not seen for the rest of the evening.
- May 17, 2024: At 11:10 AM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy returns with an aura of smugness. She visited the feeder multiple times throughout the day and evening to ask for food.
- May 18, 2024: At 09:55 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy felt so brave that she did not flinch at getting kibbled twice. She left when Ms. Leaf and Ms. Bounce arrived at the feeder.
- May 19, 2024: At 07:46 AM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy waited by the feeder for kibble to be donated.
- May 20, 2024: At 08:20 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy was seen at the feeder, she slowly drifted off to sleep while sitting upright. Though her peace was soon disrupted by an overly playful Ms. Bounce.
- May 21, 2024: At 04:50 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy visited the feeder and ate all of the food.
- May 23, 2024: At 12:10 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy arrived to a bunch of chicken. She returned at 02:15 PM and sat at the feeder. She gave the cubby a sniff but seemed content to relax on the feeder.
June 2024
- June 06, 2024: At 03:46 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy waited by the feeder, ignoring kibble in favour of chicken.
- June 13, 2024: At 10:24 AM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy combatted with a fly before hopping onto the feeder to eat kibble.
- June 14, 2024: At 10:57 AM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy arrived to a clean and empty feeder. She then discovered the tray of kibble that had been left by the caretaker. Viewers had also donated treats, so she alternated between the kibble and treats.
- June 16, 2024: At 11:47 AM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy arrived to do a power stance in the feeder, as she ate most of the chicken and ignored the kibble.
- June 18, 2024:
- At 09:47 AM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy slithered into the feeder and ate kibble and chicken. She was startled away by something off screen, but she soon returned.
- At 01:09 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy had been eating and was occasionally interrupted by Mr. Slither, who wanted to eat from the feeder as well.
- At 07:31 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy checked if the coast was clear and there were no cats at the feeder, before hopping in to eat chicken.
- June 24, 2024: At 12:59 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy popped in for lunch before leaving.
- June 25, 2024: At 07:17 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy arrived and chowed down.
- June 28, 2024: At 10:01 AM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy slid into the feeder - though she left rather quickly.
- June 29, 2024: At 12:54 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy had kibble and chicken for lunch. Her fur looked fluffier than usual.
- At 05:46 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy peered into the feeder and struggled with the plastic cover. She considered giving up for a moment. She persisted and was rewarded with chicken and kibble.
July 2024
- July 02, 2024:
- At 12:55 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy arrived and ate a small amount of kibble.
- At 08:44 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy dipped in to check on her kids and eat a small amount of kibble. About 15 minutes later, Mrs. Poppy ran back for a quick snack before scurrying away. She then returned at 09:17 PM (LFT) with Starburst.
- July 06, 2024: At 05:18 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy sat outside the feeder and enjoyed the evening air.
- July 10, 2024:
- At 02:15 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy arrived and gave the camera an exhausted expression.
- At 09:53 PM (LFT), Mrs. Poppy returned for dinner, but got scared by everything in the feeder.
- July 11, 2024:
- At 12:04 PM (LFT), Ms. Poppy arrived to eat kibble.
- At 05:14 PM (LFT), Ms. Poppy returned for an afternoon tea, comprised of chicken and kibble.
- July 14, 2024: At 10:05 PM (LFT), Ms Poppy was happy to find the kibble tray. She was then joined by Little Starburst who struggled with the plastic cover.
- July 23, 2024: 06:40 PM (LFT) Mrs. Poppy stared into the feeder and waited for kibble and chicken. She was joined by one of her kittens.
