PAGE TITLE HERE
Ferret, also referred to as RouRou (肉肉, "Meat-Meat"), is a munchkin cat from the This Is Your Home feeder. She is typically seen visiting during the early mornings and daytime. She was given her name due to her resemblance of a ferret. It is presumed Ferret was previously a house cat, and was recently abandoned.
Behavior
Ferret has a lot of charm and love to her. When she visits the feeder, she is either having plenty of food, or a nap on the carpet. She does not mind the presence of other cats, and gives them the space they need while around the feeder. Ferret also enjoys the company of the caretaker, as she followers her around, and seeks affection and pets from her.
Appearance
Ferret is a short legged cat due to her munchkin genes. Despite the majority of her coat being white, she has a diluted calico pattern. She has a short-hair coat and has spots around her torso and face showing off the calico coloring.
Sightings
August 2024
- August 16, 2024: At 01:56 AM (LFT), Ferret would enter the feeder. She would sniff around to get familiar with her surroundings. She was then spooked by a cat jumping on-top of the feeder.
- August 17, 2024:
- At 02:31 AM (LFT), Ferret arrived at the feeder. She had a quick sniff of the food, and had many bites of food. She ate from both a specially prepared bowl of tasty snacks, and the bowl of freeze dried snacks and kibble. Afterwards, she would have a long nap for roughly three hours.
- At 09:48 AM (LFT), Ferret would return to the feeder with the caretaker. While she cleaned and maintained the feeder, Ferret would assist in her own way by sticking close to the caretaker hoping for pets. Ferret is then spoiled with two extra bowls of special wet food, which she ate plenty of. She would continue to follow the caretaker around in-between eating, and was picked up and brought to the food bowls a few times.
- August 20, 2024:
- At 03:07 AM (LFT), Ferret showed up for a quick bite to eat.
- Later in the afternoon at 01:43 PM (LFT), Ferret was seen having a snooze. She would get up to watch whatever was happening outside the feeder.
- August 21, 2024:
- At 01:35 AM (LFT), Ferret was spotted having a nap on the carpet.
- Ferret later appeared at 05:34 AM (LFT) for yet another nap. She didn't stay long though, as she quickly left the feeder after a few minutes of rest.
- August 22, 2024:
- At 05:10 AM (LFT), Ferret arrived for a feast. She would eat mainly from the two bowls of treats. While eating, she would drag the food out of the bowl with her mouth, then eat the food on the carpet. She would do this for roughly ten minutes.
- At 06:42 AM (LFT), Ferret showed up again and watched the outdoor activities from the feeder. She would then head to the plant in the corner, and explore it for a minute.
- Later at 03:28 PM (LFT), Ferret was spotted with the caretaker as she cleaned the feeder up and added a few things. Ferret would lay around and watch the caretaker from the carpet. She later got up, as she got curious to what appeared to be a short legged canine friend approaching the caretaker and feeder. Ferret would watch with interest from the protected feeder as the dog ate from a food bowl outside.
- August 23, 2024: At 04:17 AM (LFT), Ferret would approach the feeder while a black & white cat ate. She watched with interest while the cat ate. After the cat left, she decided to have her share of the food, and like yesterday dragged the food out the bowl to eat from the carpet.
- August 24, 2024: At 06:58 AM (LFT), Ferret would have a quick snooze at the feeder. She occasionally switched spots in-between naps, and eventually left half an hour later.
