Cool Whip is a white cat seen at Huanzi Animal Rescue Base. His name is Cool Whip because of his white fur, and because, compared to Cousin Chill, he is light in weight, like Cool Whip. He was first seen by the global community on July 15, 2024.
Behavior
Cool Whip shares some behaviors with Cousin Chill. For example, Cool Whip can often be seen laying in or right outside the feeder. Unlike Cousin Chill, Cool Whip doesn't spread out across the feeder; he lays along the back wall. In general, Cool Whip is more active than Cousin Chill; he is seen walking around more, and jumps on top of the feeder more.
Cool Whip can often be seen making freaky faces or sitting in freaky poses.
Cool Whip is friendly with other cats. When Cool Whip is relaxing in the feeder, he is not bothered in the slightest when other cats enter the feeder to eat. He has never fought or caused problems with another cat.
Appearance
Cool Whip is a white cat. The biggest thing that sets him apart from Cousin Chill is their massive difference in size. Cool Whip is quite slender, especially when stretched out; Cousin Chill is rather large. In addition, Cool Whip's fur is slightly brighter than Cousin Chill's. From some angles, it appears that Cool Whip has big lips.
Sightings
July 2024
- July 15, 2024: At 9:13 AM (LFT), Cool Whip entered the feeder while Mr. Socks was sitting inside. After sniffing around for a second, she laid down outside the feeder, joining Cousin Chill, who was laying on the other side of the feeder. The two cats relaxed here until Cool Whip reentered the feeder at 10:45. Cool Whip ate some kibble and wore his signature smile before leaving a minute later.
- July 16, 2024: At 9:48 AM (LFT), Cool Whip entered the feeder and started eating while Cousin Chill was laying inside. He left the feeder at 9:52.
- July 17, 2024: At 6:17 AM (LFT), Cool Whip entered the feeder and sat down. A minute later, he laid down along the back of the feeder. An unnamed orange and white cat entered and ate from the feeder. When the orange and white cat left, an unnamed tux entered the feeder and did the same. Cool Whip was not bothered by these visitors. He continued to relax in the feeder until he got up and left at 7:30.
- July 18, 2024:
- At 1:50 AM (LFT), Cool Whip was seen sitting in front of the empty bowl, waiting for food. He eventually laid down and relaxed. At 1:54, food was dropped; Mr. Socks swooped in and started eating the freshly dropped kibble, but Cool Whip didn't mind. Embodying the spirit of Cousin Chill, he just meditated while Mr. Socks ate.
- At 4:38 AM (LFT), Cool Whip was seen relaxing by the feeder. He made some very freaky faces while he was there. He left when Mr. Swirly came to visit, but then returned after he left at 5:14, continuing to be freaky. He left again around 5:22.
- July 19, 2024: At 4:56 AM (LFT), Cool Whip was seen standing inside the feeder. He laid down and rested while he waited for food to be dropped. While he was resting, Mr. Diamond showed up and sat beside the feeder. He continued to rest with Mr. Diamond next to him until he left at 5:31.
- July 23, 2024: At 1:10 AM (LFT), Cool Whip entered the feeder along with Radical Man. Cool Whip laid down toward the back of the feeder while Radical Man ate. Once Radical Man left, Cool Whip continued resting for one more minute before getting up to eat.
