John is a smaller cat that looks like a picture of Vito Corleone. Despite the male name, John is a female cat. She was seen at John's Canteen (噜米小食堂), but the feeder is now out of service.
She won as the 2nd Most Favourite Cat in the Hello Street Cat (EN) Community 4th Weekly Fan Poll.
Behavior
John is typically very nervous, and she frequently pauses while eating to check her surroundings. She can be seen snuggling with her brother Doe, but isn't a huge fan of other cats.
Appearance
John is a bicolor white and black spotted cat with vivid yellow-orange eyes. Her most unique and distinguishable feature is the black spot pattern on her nose and over eyes. Much like a Rorschach test, John’s anomalous visage is interpreted differently from viewer to viewer.
John has also been known to take the form of a shallow brown bowl when startled.
Sightings
March 2024
- March 11, 2024: At 05:13 AM (LFT), John was seen munching on kibbles. She would subsequently go in and out of the feeder for the next few minutes.
- March 13, 2024: At 09:11 PM (LFT), John was spotted eating at the feeder. She would come back at 04:12 AM (LFT), to continue her meal.
- March 14, 2024: At 08:00 PM (LFT), John ate out of the feeder.
- March 15, 2024: At 07:10 PM (LFT), John ate out of the newly installed food bowl in the feeder.
- March 16, 2024: At 05:18 PM (LFT), John walked into the feeder. At 08:21 AM (LFT), John briefly ate from the feeder before leaving.
- March 18, 2024: At 02:15 AM (LFT), John was seen taking mouthfuls of the kibble and eating it outside the feeder. She appeared a bit more nervous than usual.
- March 20, 2024: At 09:30 PM (LFT), John made several trips to and from the food bowl, often lying down just outside the cat house.
- March 23, 2024: At 06:17 PM (LFT), John was seen eating some kibbles, sometimes distracted by noises.
- March 28, 2024: At around 03:40 AM (LFT), John appeared to munch on some kibble, getting distracted several times, but nonetheless finishing her meal and leaving.
April 2024
- April 16, 2024: At around 07:00 PM (LFT), John appeared extremely paranoid and spent several minutes eating, stopping to look around every few seconds. She ran away after.
- April 25, 2024: John's feeder, John's Canteen, was decommissioned by its caretaker.
