He has been spotted alongside Mr. Anxiety on multiple occasions at the Happy Canteen, and it is assumed they are friends -- the pair tend to appear while other cats are eating, but wait for their turn rather than fighting. Mr. Bald is also leader of the Bald Congress.

Behavior

In the few instances where Mr. Bald was seen he was very calm and well mannered, and even showed the stream his signature orange patch. He is very friendly towards other cats, especially Mr. Anxiety. He seems to always wait patiently for other cats to finish, and he has been heard purring loudly when eating.
